Need to order booth services? Freeman Online is your go-to portal for everything from carpet and furnishings to electrical and shipping. Access it here to manage your orders, track deadlines, and ensure your booth is show-ready.
Freight + Shipping
It is strongly recommended to ship to the Advance Warehouse to avoid potential long waiting times at the Marshaling Yard. Material Handling rates are the same for both Advance Warehouse and Onsite shipping.

Freeman will receive crated, boxed, or skidded materials at their warehouse April 2 through April 28, 2026.

Shipping to Show SIte
Freeman will receive shipments at the exhibit facility on target dates determined by your booth location. Shipments arriving before target dates may be refused by the facility.
