NEW DESIGN PROFESSIONALS PROGRAM
The HD Expo New Design Professionals (NDP) Program is designed to support the next generation of hospitality design leaders through a curated VIP experience focused on learning, networking, and career growth. Returning for 2027, selected participants will receive a complimentary Experience Pass with access to exclusive networking events, a three-night hotel stay, and up to $500 toward domestic airfare (or up to $1,000 for international travel). Along with these benefits, NDPs will gain access to HD University, special programming, and valuable opportunities to connect with industry leaders, influential brands, and a community of emerging design professionals.

Who qualifies for the HD New Design Professionals program?Â
That’s a great question. Here’s what we’re looking for in our NDP candidates:Â
- Emerging professionals: If you’re a designer, architect, or creative working in hospitality design with 1-5 years of experience, this program is built for you. Have more than 5 years’ experience? Check out our Hosted Buyer Program.Â
- Career growth focus: Ideal applicants are those looking to expand their network, gain exposure to top brands, and build relationships with industry leaders.Â
- Time commitment: Participants agree to take part in the New Design Professionals VIP Schedule from Sunday, May 2nd at 5 PM through Wednesday, May 5th at 2 PM.Â
