LEAD CAPTURE IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR BOOTH – GET SET UP NOW

Lead capture is included with your exhibit space and is available through the HD Expo + Conference app, which is now live. This is your key tool to connect with attendees, gather leads, and boost your ROI—all in one place.

Lead capture functionality will go live three days before the event, and will be easily accessible right from the top of the app’s homepage. Be sure your team is fully set up in advance so you’re ready when it becomes available.

What You Need to Do:

Check Your Email for Login Info
Look for an email from [email protected]   with login details. Can’t find it? Check your spam folder.

Create Your “MY TEAM”
The first person to log in becomes the team admin. They’ll:

    • Set up your team name

    • Add or approve team members

    • Set up lead capture questions
      (Only one person needs to do this.)

Update Your Company Profile
Make sure your company’s info (description, products, website) is accurate. This shows up in the app. Exhibitor Hub Login

Complete Your Personal Profile
Attendees use the app to find you. A complete profile helps you stand out.

You need a staff badge to access the app. If you don’t have one, Register Here

 Set Up Your MY TEAM

 Complete Your Personal Profile
Attendees will use the app to find and connect with exhibitors—so the more complete your profile, the better. Fill out your details now to stand out.

As a current exhibitor, your company qualifies for priority booth selection for HD Expo + Conference 2026, happening  May 5 –7, 2026, at Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas

    What You Need to Know

    • Space selection  will take place onsite at the show, and each company will be assigned an appointment time based on HD brand priority points. Please be ready to choose your booth during your scheduled time. If you miss your appointment, other companies may be given the opportunity to select ahead of you.

    • Best locations & lowest rates are available to those who book during space selection.

      SHIPPING, MOVE-IN, + MOVE OUT INFORMATION

      The advanced warehouse is now open and will accept freight until April 29. We strongly recommend shipping to the advanced warehouse to ensure your products arrive at your booth on time and to avoid delays and long lines at the docks during move-in.

      To make your setup and breakdown as smooth as possible, please review the targeted move-in schedule here. Planning ahead will help ensure a seamless experience.

       Move-out is not targeted. Freeman will return your empty crates at the close of the show, it will take several hours to return empty crates to all the booths. All items must be removed from the hall by 12:00 PM on May 10.

      The marshalling yard hours are:

      • Thursday, May 8, 2025, 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
      • Friday, May 9, 2025, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
      • Saturday, May 10, 2025, 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM

      DONATIONS 
      Exhibitors wishing to donate products may plan to do so at the conclusion of the show. Booth and display materials should not be left as donated materials, the exhibitor will be charged a dismantle and disposal fee for any materials left behind that are not deemed donatable. More information on donations will be available closer to the show.
