LEAD CAPTURE IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR BOOTH – GET SET UP NOW
Lead capture is included with your exhibit space and is available through the HD Expo + Conference app, which is now live. This is your key tool to connect with attendees, gather leads, and boost your ROI—all in one place.
Lead capture functionality will go live three days before the event, and will be easily accessible right from the top of the app’s homepage. Be sure your team is fully set up in advance so you’re ready when it becomes available.

What You Need to Do:
Check Your Email for Login Info
Look for an email from [email protected] with login details. Can’t find it? Check your spam folder.
Create Your “MY TEAM”
The first person to log in becomes the team admin. They’ll:

Update Your Company Profile
Make sure your company’s info (description, products, website) is accurate. This shows up in the app. Exhibitor Hub Login
Complete Your Personal Profile
Attendees use the app to find you. A complete profile helps you stand out.

THE HD EXPO + CONFERENCE MOBILE APP
Get ready to connect, capture leads, and maximize your ROI—all in one place. New this year, lead capture is included with your booth purchase and is fully integrated into the official HD Expo + Conference app. The app is now live, giving exhibitors early access before attendees begin logging in on April 22. We encourage all exhibitors to log in and get set up as soon as possible. Updating your company profile now ensures you’re visible and discoverable as attendees begin planning their HD Expo + Conference experience.
Get Started
All registered exhibitors should have received an email from [email protected] with your login instructions.
Set Up Your MY TEAM
The first person from your company to log in will become the Team Admin. This person will:
- Create your team name
- Add or claim team members
- Approve new registrations
- Set qualification questions for lead capture
Only one person needs to complete this step—so decide who will take the lead!
Update Your Company Profile
Make sure your company description, product categories, and website are current in the Exhibitor Hub. This information powers your profile in the app and helps attendees discover you. Note: Not all team members have access to the Exhibitor Hub. Reach out to your customer success manager, Nicole Panzeca, at [email protected] to see who has access from your team.
Complete Your Personal Profile
Attendees will use the app to find and connect with exhibitors—so the more complete your profile, the better. Fill out your details now to stand out.

2026 SPACE SELECTION
As a current exhibitor, your company qualifies for priority booth selection for HD Expo + Conference 2026, happening May 5 –7, 2026, at Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas
What You Need to Know

Space selection will take place onsite at the show, and each company will be assigned an appointment time based on HD brand priority points. Please be ready to choose your booth during your scheduled time. If you miss your appointment, other companies may be given the opportunity to select ahead of you.

- Select your product categories – Please select product categories thoughtfully. The more specific you are, the better quality + quantity of lead you will receive.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION
All exhibitors and booth staff must be registered in order to access the show floor.

The information in the pages below is designed to help guide exhibitors through the planning process of exhibiting at HD Expo + Conference. Schedules and deadlines as well as links to additional information, online ordering sites, and downloadable printable order forms are included for your convenience.
MOVE OUT INFORMATION
Move-out is not targeted. Freeman will return your empty crates at the close of the show, it will take several hours to return empty crates to all the booths. All items must be removed from the hall by 12:00 PM on May 10.
The marshalling yard hours are:
- Thursday, May 8, 2025, 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Friday, May 9, 2025, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Saturday, May 10, 2025, 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM

DONATIONS
Exhibitors wishing to donate products may plan to do so at the conclusion of the show. Booth and display materials should not be left as donated materials, the exhibitor will be charged a dismantle and disposal fee for any materials left behind that are not deemed donatable. More information on donations will be available closer to the show.
