brings a hospitality-informed perspective to projects across many different typologies, such as
hotels, mixed-use developments, retail, branded residences, cruise ships, aviation, and more.
At the core of her work is strategy, applied to create commercially rigorous, thoughtfully
designed experiences that push boundaries and contribute to the future of hospitality, helping shape what comes next in the industry.
Her work has touched some of the most recognized brands in hospitality and experiential design, including Virgin, Disney, JetBlue, Marriott International, IHG, Four Seasons, Hyatt, Brookfield, Pernod Ricard and National Geographic. She applies a global perspective and a bird’s-eye view on trends shaping the future of hospitality.
She has spoken at leading industry events including HD Expo and BDNY, been featured on Bloomberg, and serves as a guest lecturer at the prestigious Lausanne Hospitality Business School. Marion began her career with Gordon Ramsay in London before joining AvroKO in NYC in 2007, bringing nearly 20 years of experience at the firm to guide client projects and internal
