Founder, Interior Designerdsgnrs.wrkshpKamille Glenn is a multidisciplinary designer from Brooklyn, NY. With work spanning interior, furniture, and experiential, Kamille focuses on concepts of connection, resistance, and liberation. While designing as an Associate at Rockwell Group, her creative ethos was shaped, leading creative for top operators and developers in hospitality globally. On a mission to address a lack of diverse social impact and siloed nature in design she founded dsgnrs.wrkshp in 2019. Over the past seven years, the collective (pronounced designer's workshop) has served as a source of connection, employment, and education for fellow radical storytellers, while centering Black makers of the African diaspora. By reframing our relationship to design while blurring the lines between all makers within spatial, fashion, product, art, and technology, dsgnrs.wrkshp gains momentum towards its future. Curated programs and resources include workshops, seminars, field trips, and events that encourage resistance within creative strategy and practice. Collective impact includes educational partnerships with Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian, WANTED Design, various design firms, vendors, as well as editorial features, and engagement. With dsgnrs.studio, a brainchild of dsgnrs.wrkshp, Kamille further explores design expressions of well-being, cultural and epistemic justice, preservation and imagination. In 2025, the studio completed its inaugural project, Marcus DC, the latest eatery of chef Marcus Samuelsson. In 2026, Kamille joined Studio Valerius team as Partner and fellow advocate for social and environmental harmony through design. Kamille received her Bachelor of Fine Arts with honors in Interior Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology and serves as a student, mentor, and educator.
