Rachel Jackson is a neuroinclusive interior designer, sensory design consultant, and Fitwel
Ambassador based in Austin, TX.
With two decades of design experience and specialized study in how environments affect nervous
system regulation, she brings an occupational therapy-informed lens to the sensory details that shape
guest experience: lighting, acoustics, spatial strategy, and visual load.
Rachel has trained designers across 22 countries on sensory-friendly design principles and works
cross-disciplinarily with occupational therapists and wellness professionals. She's available for
