Official Rules for HD Expo + Conference 2025 Locals Gift Card Giveaway

ELIGIBILITY:

To participate in the HD Expo + Conference 2025 Locals Gift Card Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”), you must be 21 years of age or older, a legal U.S. resident, and have registered for the HD Expo + Conference 2025 using one of the following promotional codes: EMRFDRIVE, EMRFVEGASBOUND, TMRFDRIVE, or TXTDRIVE. Participation is limited to the first 250 eligible individuals who register and attend the Expo. Non-exhibiting manufacturers (NONEX) and manufacturer reps (MR) are not eligible for this offer. Participation is void where prohibited. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER (LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON):

To be eligible, participants must successfully register for the HD Expo + Conference 2025 using one of the designated promo codes (EMRFDRIVE, EMRFVEGASBOUND, TMRFDRIVE, or TXTDRIVE) at https://registration.experientevent.com/ShowHDE251 and attend the event in person at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV. Participants must pick up their attendee badges onsite for attendance verification. Upon verification, participants will qualify to receive a $100 Visa gift card.

HOW PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE A GIFT CARD:

Participants will receive a $100 Visa gift card, delivered digitally, within 24 hours of badge verification. Only the first 250 participants to satisfy these conditions will be eligible to receive the gift card. Participation volume will be monitored, and subsequent registrants beyond the 250-person limit will not qualify for the gift card reward but are welcome to attend the event.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• No Substitutions: Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Verification Process: Participants who fail to pick up their attendee badge onsite will forfeit eligibility.
• Limitations: One entry and one $100 gift card per eligible individual. Duplicate entries or misuse of promo codes will result in disqualification.
• Ineligibility: Non-exhibiting manufacturers (NONEX) and manufacturer reps (MR) are not eligible for this offer.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:

The Sponsor, Emerald Holding, Inc., reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have provided inaccurate registration details, or who does not fully comply with these Official Rules. By participating, you release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, and representative partners from any claims or liabilities arising from your participation or use of the gift card.

TAX LIABILITY:

Recipients are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes or other fees associated with the gift card.
