She thrives on complex projects that are sustainable and resilient. She also prides herself on not having a specialty in the field and manages projects that range from small temporary pop-up spaces to new high-rises and large building retrofits. Outside of Mancini, Sheridan has a long history with the American Institute of Architects, having held positions on the local, state, and national board of directors.
