
Dane Patunoff
Senior Vice President of DevelopmentKHP Capital PartnersAs SVP of Development for KHP Capital Partners, Dane takes the lead on all aspects of a hotel development or repositioning project, managing a team of internal and external project managers and consultants from acquisition to opening. For the past twenty years Dane has worked as an Owner or Owner's Rep for renovation and new construction projects that included luxury hotels and resorts, boutique and lifestyle properties, and historic adaptive reuse projects. Dane’s extensive hospitality experience has given him a unique understanding of the complexities of hotel renovations and development projects. Prior to his experience with KHP, Dane completed hospitality projects for Kimpton, Marriott, Hilton, Ritz-Carlton, Mandarin Oriental, and other independent hotels. Dane holds a Master’s of Science degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University, and a Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Engineering & Management from Clarkson University. Dane has been a LEED Accredited Professional since 2007 and holds specialty designation for the Building Design & Construction rating system. In 2017, Dane earned a certificate in Hotel Investments from Cornell University.
