Vice President Design & DevelopmentCoralTreeStarting her hospitality career in procurement with Benjamin West in Colorado, Chelsea moved to London to open their EMEA office, managing projects for high-profile hotels and major brands throughout Europe. From there, she expanded her skillset with Ace Hotel Group project managing developments through the design, construction and pre-opening stages of Ace’s expanding portfolio. After Ace, she moved to Hyatt to become the director of project services/studio lead for the Americas Design Team. Covid brought a shift back to Colorado where she found a role at CoralTree Hospitality. There, Chelsea gets to work with the project teams to create a sense of place and moments of delight for everyone in the hotel; applying her passion for telling stories, being creative, collaborative and detail-oriented to a variety of projects as the VP of Design and Development.
