Brenda Roff is the Director of Design Management at Marriott International, where she leverages over 20 years of expertise across the hospitality, corporate, and entertainment sectors. A key leader within Marriott’s Global Design US & Canada division, Brenda has been a strategic driver in the growth of the company’s Select Service Brands, supporting the portfolio’s expansion from six to ten distinct brands.

Most recently, Brenda has spearheaded the North American launch of City Express by Marriott, overseeing the preferred designer program and strategic growth initiatives. Known for her ability to navigate complex negotiations, she serves as a trusted advisor to owners and consultants, ensuring a precise balance between stakeholder requirements and brand vision. Beyond her corporate achievements, Brenda is a dedicated volunteer with A Wider Circle, a Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit focused on advancing equity and ending poverty.
