Throughout her career, Amy has led high-performing design teams, driven $10M+ in annual design revenues, and overseen construction budgets exceeding $500M. Known for her ability to align vision, process, and outcomes, she brings a collaborative, client-focused approach to delivering distinctive and enduring hospitality experiences.

Prior to joining Gensler, Amy held senior leadership roles at some of the industry’s most respected firms, including Pierre-Yves Rochon (PYR), Wilson Associates, Puccini Group, BBGM, and Leo A Daly, where she expanded market presence, strengthened global client relationships, and delivered landmark projects across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

Her portfolio spans hotels, resorts, branded residences, private clubs, and mixed-use developments, with signature projects including the Waldorf Astoria New York, Corinthia Diriyah Gate, InterContinental Barclay New York, The New York Palace Hotel, Viceroy Morocco (now Conrad Rabat Arzana), and Sulià House Porto Rotondo, Sardinia. She has partnered with leading luxury brands such as Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, Waldorf Astoria, St. Regis, Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, and IHG.
