Rebecca is the Founder and CEO of RD Jones & Associates, the design studio she established in 1996 
driven by her instinct for creating spaces that are as aspirational as they are functional. With more than 40 
years of experience across hospitality, restaurant, and residential interior architecture, she brings a 
seasoned, real-world perspective to the evolving design landscape.
After earning her BFA from Texas Tech University she continued to refine her studies at Parsons School of 
Design in New York City. There, Rebecca spent over a decade immersed in New York’s hospitality design 
scene. That experience shaped her approach to creating spaces that do not just look beautiful—but 
perform, tell a story, and leave a lasting impression.
Under her leadership, RDJ+A has grown into an award-winning and highly collaborative studio known for 
delivering refined, detail-driven design solutions. Rebecca remains deeply engaged in both project 
execution and team mentorship, fostering a culture that prioritizes design integrity, innovation, and 
consistency. Her direct involvement ensures that every project reflects the elevated standard and distinctive 
point of view that defines the firm’s work.
