Tracy is a seasoned leader with more than 35 years of experience across manufacturing, product development, and sales within the flooring industry. A graduate of West Virginia University with a degree in Chemistry, Tracy brings a unique blend of technical expertise and sales leadership to her work.

She spent 25 years with Milliken & Company, where she held roles across manufacturing, product development, marketing, and sales. She then continued her career with Mohawk Industries, serving in senior leadership roles, including Regional Vice President and Vice President of Sales, where she drives growth and leads high-performing sales teams.

Known for her strategic perspective and ability to connect innovation with market needs, Tracy is a respected voice in the industry and a passionate advocate for leadership and development.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family—Scott, Will, and Elle—and her two yellow labs, Ollie and Ladie
