With more than two decades of leadership across the industry’s most recognized 
organizations, she has consistently delivered design that performs. Most recently, as Vice 
President of Architecture and Design at Choice Hotels International, she led innovation 
across a diverse portfolio, shaping distinct guest journeys and scalable solutions that drove 
strong owner returns.
Previously at IHG Hotels and Resorts, Kavitha guided design strategy for 14 global brands, 
including Garner, Holiday Inn, Atwell Suites, voco, Hotel Indigo, and InterContinental. At 
Marriott International, she helped lead next generation transformations for brands such as 
Marriott, Sheraton, and Westin, bringing renewed relevance and performance to global 
platforms.
A recognized industry voice, Kavitha serves on advisory and leadership committees across 
hospitality design. Her work brings placemaking and performance together, guided by a
